About Security

Is there a risk of hacking during remote support?
First, AnySupport captures the screen and transmits it in real time as compressed data without separate data transmission, making it safe from hacking. It also uses 256-bit encryption and SSL-based End-to-End security to protect data transfer and personal information. The authentication code used by the customer is one-time use, and the remote support module is automatically deleted after the session ends.

Second, AnySupport servers run on Amazon (AWS), a globally trusted cloud provider, so there is no concern about hacking.
Can my system be infected with a virus while using AnySupport?
No (refer to the hacking-risk FAQ).

However, if the file you are transferring is already infected with a virus, there is a risk of virus infection.
